The Hudson Valley, New York Breweries & Wineries
The Shawangunk Wine Trail is a great selection of vineyards in the area and its wine-growing estate weave fineries are always a vacationer. The 14 vineyards in our area will be presented this week-end (22 to 23 November) and on the first two December evenings (6 to 7 and 13 to 14 December). At the beginning of the excursion, our visitors are given a crown of grapes and an adornment is placed on each winery, ending with an unforgettable crown at the end of the trip, not to speak of the exploration and taste of many tasty grapes.
Certainly, as more and more Hudson Valley vineyards gain local appreciation for their local selection, our area is praised for both red and white wines. Whitecliff's red wines are always a favourite - whether at a long distance skier's picknick or in front of the fire, their mixed suppleness is a reflection of the variety of grape varieties.
In the Hudson Valley, the state farm Distillery Bill supports the resurgence of distillers. Baby bourbon, vodka and whisky are favourite, but the funk room for tastings and guided walks behind the scenery make this a favourite - and enlightening - stop. The regional Breweries are on the upswing, because the artisanal brewing movements continue to enjoy great interest.
There are currently nine beer producers on the Hudson Valley Beer Trail. Located on the Woodstock Strait in Kingston, Keegan Ales has been producing award-winning beer since 2003, among them a tasty strong beer that was voted one of the country's top 10 strut.
Your restricted vacation offers are also very much liked at this season. After a strenuous tasting session, our B&B in Woodstock, New York, by the creek or in the garden, allows our customers to enjoy their favourite groceries of the year. Or, pick a fireside room, cuddle up and drink to the astonishing Hudson Valley reward.
