This may be the time of springs, but it felt like the north-east of the country winters after a rapid blizzard hit Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and New England this mornings. LaGuardia Airport in New York experienced a 2-inch per-hour rate of heavy rain. More than 300 airfares were cancelled at New York Capital Airport. NYC saw 5.5-inch snows -- its worst April fall since 1982, when the town was issued at 9.6-inch. Snows have already ceased to fall and began to melt, but the weather compelled the New York Yankees to call off today's home start.

Instead, the match will be held on Tuesday. Today's New York Mets match was also cancelled and postponed to July. There' s some other amounts of snow: Now, a new wind is taking form, which will be bringing more fresh air and strong rains from the northern plains through the east coast in the next few weeks.

There' gonna be snowfall by this evening from Montana to Wisconsin. Tuesday afternoons will see the arrival of thick snows in the Upper Midwest and the Great Lakes. There are six to 12 inch of snows for parts of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan. Strong rains are forecast from the Ohio Valley to the northeast on Tuesday and strong wind, hailstorms and tornados could break out from the Ohio Valley to the Gulf Coast on Tuesday evening.

Front will move further eastward, with possible rains on the eastern coast on Wednesday afternoons.
