The Hudson Hotel Columbus Circle

Hudson Hotel Columbus Circle

I have to say, my last stay at the Hudson Hotel in Manhattan was pretty good. This hotel is so cool, it's hard to find. With the brutal facade of the Hudson Hotel, Philippe Starck has created something special. Bordering Columbus Circle Shops (Whole Foods) and Central Park. That Halloween, check in to this year's Hudson Hotel Parties, American Horror Story:

Hudson and Delano are selling Hudson and Delano Accommodation.

New York City's next "suite" hotel may be checking-in. Morgan's Hotel Group has in recent months initiated a legal sale of the 928-room Hudson Hotel on Columbus Circle and hopes to receive $500 million for Ian Schrager's The Post estate.

Morgan's also looks to be selling its 194-room Art Deco-style Delano South Beach hotel in Miami for $200 million, springs said. Selling the two objects is a move away from the company's previous plans to divest the whole business - but only after the managers have awoken a sleepwalking population.

On May 13, Morgans had said that it had commissioned Morgan Stanley to investigate a whole series of alternative strategies - a step that caused Morgans' stock to rise by 3.5 per cent to 8.07 dollars. "This is a genuine contract, where they sell before seizures," said a resource near the position of the recent movement to hawk the two properties.

The interest in Big Apple Hilton Hotel is great - as the Monday sales of the Hilton Hotel's Waldorf Astoria for 1.95 billion dollars prove. Exploring the move in May by Morgans, CEO Jason Kalisman assisted in maintaining cognition of the company's plank over a Ron Burkle-backed shale that pushed for a swift companies sell.

Kalisman, the 35-year-old grandchild of property development engineer Alfred Taubman, managed to survive the struggle with proxies, but was confronted with a more autonomous body. As Morgans looks to discharge the two hotels, Kalisman wants to retain his managment of features, a resource that recently declared purchasing The Post's declared to be part of a plot to grow a hotel managment firm.

This makes a non-German enterprise the most likely purchaser, according to one of the sources, since most national hotel owners also want to operate it. The Hilton Group has concluded a similar managerial agreement with the divestment of Waldorf Astoria. Morgan's would still be looking at a full corporate sale at the right Price, a source said.

Morgan's refused to make a statement.
