A small, local managed establishment, The Bowl differs from large hotels with which many visitors are used to. Pre-bookings should be considered with care and are subject to alteration without notice: In order to ensure your reservations, a down payment of one or 50% of the entire price (whichever is higher) has been made to the bank account indicated at the time of your bookings.
Bookings can be postponed free of charge after the 14-day notice limit has expired. If you do not make a transfer posting, the down payment is lost. Barlow never "holds" a room for an occasion on any given week-end. Cancellations made more than 14 nights or less before your stay will be refunded in full, less a $25 per room administration charge.
In case of cancelation less than 14 nights before your stay, the security bond will be forfeited. Cancelations made more than 45 nights in advance of your stay will be refunded in full, less an administration charge of $75/room. In case of cancelation less than 45 nights before your departure, the security is forfeited.
Cancellations 3 or less nights before your departure or "no shows" will be charged in full. Barlow offers a smoke-free atmosphere and is only permitted outside the house. Accommodation for up to 2 or 4 people, depending on the type of room you have.
It is not possible to provide extra bed linen in every room, which includes "pack and play" children's bed linen. Childrens over 1 year are considered as extra guests and therefore used to determine the booking limit. THERE IS ONLY ONE ROOM FRIENDLY TO ANIMALS.
Animals are only permitted in the room provided and are not permitted in any other room at Barlow. Dedicated pet policies must be signposted before check-in. DOMESTIC PETALS MAY NOT BE KEPT ALONE IN THE GUEST ROOM AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT. Barlow promotes a calm, relaxed ambience that can be appreciated by all our visitors.
In order to guarantee the convenience of all our visitors, the lobby is open after 11 p.m. and may not be used for meetings of any kind. Any guest making undue noises, damaging properties, exceeding booking requests or not acting as instructed by The Barlow staff will be immediately expelled without reimbursement.
Non-compliance with the policies of The Barlow, its personnel or senior managers will lead to immediate clearance and/or an extra $250 being charged to the chargeable account of the customer's deposited account at the date of check-in.
