Cuomoâs County-Wide Sharedservices Initiative (CWSSI) is generating wealth taxation benefits by facilitating cooperation between the state' s top and bottom states. CWSSI is expanding Governor Cuomo's continued engagement to lower wealth taxation and modernise municipal service by promoting new joint ministries and improving already established co-operations.
HMP sets out the main measures to be taken to mitigate or eradicate the long-term risks to lives and property caused by physical hazards and allows programmes to continue to be mobilised to finance these measures before and after a catastrophe. It also aims to promote activities at municipal level that improve the county's living standards.
It is the first such agreement in New York State.
