mail depot Mailroom is open from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 16.30. The mailroom serves the whole university. If you have any queries about postal services on our university' s mailroom, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Your mail will be delivered as precisely and quickly as possible.

Q. Where can I mail an internal company mail? Simply place the mail you want to mail in an internal mailbox and direct it to the individual you want to mail it to. Be sure to write down the name of the house, room number and division. Q. How does the postal service work?

A. Each consignment must be fitted with a flap, rubberised and a stamp. Postcards must contain the name, date of dispatch, number of copies, method of dispatch (e.g. study fees) and the name and signatures of the teamleader. Place your division name and abbreviation on single characters in the top lefthand area under the name and adress of the university.

Any prefranked items should be kept separately from the items transported through the dosing unit. Q. What can I do if I have many mail to send? Please inform the post office as early as possible about the large mailshot. Our post office employees will be pleased to help you.

You must include your division number on the cover and/or shipping document, which must be completed and mailed out. Q. What if I need to mail a registered or registered mail? Please consult the postal service who will be happy to help you.

Q. If I miss the shipment, how can I have my mail collected? and the tax offices in the administration building. If you miss the pick-up in your area, you can deliver mail at these locations before 2 pm.
