The Lindenmeyr Munroe unit of Central National-Gottesman Inc. has taken over the asset and operations of Hudson Valley Paper Group. The Hudson Valley is based in Albany, NY, where it has its main camp and administration office. It also has warehousing and distribution facilities in Rochester, New York, Burlington, Vermont, and Hartford, Connecticut.

It is Lindenmeyr Munroe's forth takeover of a paper retailer in the last 15 month, three of them in the US and one oversee.
