A great working environment, motivated staff and many opportunities to achieve growth within the Group. Amazing pricing, transparency for members and an overall true value proposition for the company's performance. Difficult to move forward and has evidence of favouritism in terms of promotion. These advantages are really good for this enterprise.
In the past I used to like working here, but now the business is transforming. Payment is great and the guys you work with are great, but it's still client services. They yell at you and you get a little over the mileage. The HVFCU is a great place to work.
It treats its coworkers fairly and offers great advantages. As it is a decentralized enterprise, they are really investing in Hudson Valley. It is a great firm to work for.... as long as you can take on this kind of work. This can be strenuous, especially when personnel are overloaded because of the cover of other industries.
The HVFCU maintains to urge staff to submit applications outside their own organization, but it is very hard to change divisions when you start as a cashier or sales representative (even if you have a B.S./M.S/M. company). All in all, it was a good enterprise to work for. Developing was very hard because staff were there so long that jobs above store levels were not opened as often.
Excellent companionship. Although the payment is not too attractive, the advantages make up for it. Those who work in the enterprise are very inviting and enjoy their daily work. Working for Hudson Valley Credit Union, I was given the necessary instruments and ressources to do my work efficiently.
One of these was to act as a cashier when large numbers of items were required or when personnel were not available due to the PTO shaft. The interaction with the members of the credit cooperative was always separate from my working days, e.g. during an enquiry or in the cashbox. There was always a coherent workstation; the store employees, as well as the store managers, were always prepared to help out when there were high volume orders or when we had too few people.
The HVFCU is a good place to enter the finance community. It is a great business with pay and the people are a joy to work with. People are leaving! Our managers talk to our people about their people. Participation points system is laughable! face-stepped, promoted learning, good performances.
Joined the firm 12 years before he moved from NY to FL. Pleasant personnel, good working times, promotion-possibilities. The advantages are astonishing. I really enjoy my stay at Credit Union and I am sorry that I have to apply for a job elsewhere.
