HUDSON RIVER MUSEUM (hrm. org) is the biggest culture facility in Westchester County and an AAM-accredited multi-disciplinary facility that derives its ID from its location on the shores of the Hudson River and seeks to expand the culture horizon of all its people. Maintains all outside lending contracts, debt collecting documents, donation and donation contracts, stock controls, lending and collecting permissions and reproduction, and cataloguing of new purchases and items on lending. The duties of the Registry includes the Collection Managment Plan in coordination with the Chairman, the Curatorial Department, the Facilities Reports, Project Riskmanagement and Disaster Plans. These roles ensure that HRM complies with American Alliance of Museum best practice on collection and lending. Maintains the museum's inbound and outbound museum mail, formal papers and logistical matters, and possible visits to exhibitions; handles lending issues with large museum recorders and couriers, as well as privately-owned and live artist and shipowners; coordinates the museum's own museum initiative protection and risks managements; acts as the museum's archival archives and exhibits;
Monitors all agreements related to the donation/acquisition of artefacts and artefacts as well as orderly status reports; safeguards pictures and non-exclusive licences for ongoing collections, new purchases and loaned works; handles right and reproductions inquiries for inbound loaned works and ongoing collections; monitors trainees and registrar-trainees; education, experience and skills:
