All of our goods, with the exception of articles made, personalized or customized to your specifications, or articles acquired under our General Conditions.
The goods cannot be sent back to us after 14 consecutive working day. The number must be indicated on the package when you send it back to us. We will not accept goods that do not clearly indicate the number of the goods to be sent back. We ask you to package the goods safely and accurately in the shipping carton and make sure that you have indicated the number of the goods you are returning and send it back to us with your voucher so that we can have it within 14 working nights of receiving your number.
As your one-off return number is only effective for 14 working nights from the date of issuance, please make sure that we receive all undesired goods within this period. Any return of goods that have been in any way reinstalled or altered, or where the internal packaging of the goods is defective or labeled, or where the lamps have arrived defective or inoperative.
They should also supply any light bulb or parts that were in your initial shipment. All refunds due will be made by us using the initial means of payments within 14 workingdays from the day of receiving the goods back.
