Often you can get a cheaper flight to Newark Liberty than if you arrive at one of the other airports. A Newark Liberty Airport Express bus to Manhattan can take you to your destination by metro, taxi or bus. Take the A-train to Far Rockaway and get off at Howard Beach/JFK Airport. Then take the AirTrain to the airport, which stops at each terminal. Getting to New York City

It couldn't be simpler to get to New York City. The New York City area is served by three airports: JFK, LaGuardia and Newark Aiports. LuGuardia is nearest to Manhattan, JFK is the biggest, and Newark International is actually in New Jersey. JFK (John F. Taxiservice is available to take you to and from Manhattan or any of the other districts. For the more adventure-packed, you can take the subway from JFK to Manhattan. AirTrain, which takes you back and forth between the airports terminal, can take you to the A-train line of the New York City Transit System for another $5.00.

You can also take a coach to and from the airport. So if you have been to NYC before or your accommodation provides a shuttleservice, you should try the coach, but we do not suggest this type of arrival for the first-time-goer. A taxi is available at Newark Liberty Airport to take you to Manhattan or one of the other districts. Often you can get a cheaper ticket to Newark Liberty than if you are arriving at one of the other airfields. A Newark Liberty Airport Express coach can take you to Manhattan and take the metro, taxi or coach to your final destinations.
