Municipal works - Parks:Bowdoin Park

Opening times of the Parc for 2018: PAVILION AND AUDITORIUM BOOKINGS END 1/2 H BEFORE THE END OF THE PARKING PERIOD. The view of the Hudson River, open picnic areas, an award-winning handicapped-accessible play area and a splash pool are just the beginning of what Bowdoin Parc has to boast. The Dutchess County Gardens has a booking system for all our establishments that can be rented in the Gardens.

The Beacon Newburgh Bridge: You will find the Route 9D loading bay on the right-hand side immediately after you have paid the tolls. Grab the platform and turn lefthand at the lights onto Route 9D. Take Route 9D for about 4 nautical mile to the small village of Hughsonville (there is a crossroads with a set of lights.

There' s also a Metro-Nord signage for New Hamburg). At the traffic lights turn lefthand onto New Hamburg Rd./County Route 28. Follow this street for about 1 nautical aile. Turn right onto Main Street at the end of Route 28. Drive up the hillside, where the main street becomes Channingville Rd, and just after the fire station and delicatessen on the lefthand side is Sheafe Rd.

Take a turn to your right into Sheafe Road and drive about 1 nautical miles to the Bowdoin Park entry on the pebble. Mid-Hudson and Route 9 South: Coming from Route 9W, cross the Mid-Hudson and take the platform on the right immediately after you leave the platform, this is Route 9 South.

Immediately after the Ristorante turn right (see Bowdoin Park signs) into Sheafe Road. On the stop signage (approx. ½) keep right and drive another 2 1/2 nautical mile on Sheaf Road. You will find the Bowdoin Park entry right after the chapel on the right. Coming from Route 84 Fishkill - Route 9 North Take junction 13: Take junction 9 (Rt. 13N) off I84.

At the lights at the junction, drive approximately 9 n. m. on Route 9 to the lights just past the Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall (keep far left.) At the lights (Rt. 9 & Spring Rd.) turn lefthand onto Post Road (Hudson Motors is on the left) and drive to the end of the plate.

Turn lefthand at the stoplight into Sheafe Road. Continue along Sheafe Road for about 2 x 6 mile until you reach the Bowdoin Park on the right just after the Chapel.
