Crescent Farms' canards are clumsy and of course, but the fact that they can be handled in the wild and humane is vitally important to Chef Terry and you can feel the awe in his kitchen. We' re chiefs Terry and Lisa Harwood and West Village dwellers Kim Nguyen Block and Bill Block.

videotape: You put paddleboards over Hudson in suits to get to the NYC meetings.

Scott Holt arrived too belatedly for a get-together when he chose to take his paddleboard and cross the Hudson to New York City. Videorecordings show Holt in a full jacket and attache bag while he rows across the canal. It took him only 30 mins to get there on schedule.

Commuters from New York City were found paddling videos of the Hudson in their corporate suits because they didn't want to be too tardy for a meetings. Scott Holt, a Jersey City occupant, ran behind the timetable and chose to jump on his paddleboard in his full wetsuit and put on boots in the hopes that it would help him get there quickly enough.

It took only 30 mins and he got there in good timing, Holt said to News 4, the NBC partner in New York. Gett called the network and said so: He was astonished when a boat cab driver saw him arriving in Manhattan, Holt said. "This Waterway dude was right out of a film yelling, "Are you trying to croak out here?" He was helping, but he cursed me at the same time."

Fett said, "If it makes folks smile, it's a good thing." Scott Holt was too tardy to meet when..... Scott Holt arrived too belatedly for a get-together when he chose to take his paddleboard and cross the Hudson to New York City.
